"Eindruck - Ausdruck - Textile Miniaturen "

by Christina Frey - Löchgau, Germany

August 27th to October 13th, 2002

Christina Frey's works of art are miniatures, made with silk threads. She herself considers her gobelins in between art and craft. She creates them in a very slow working processes, at least 40 to 50 hours each.

Her works were exhibited in Germany, Italy, Poland, USA. She is a member of several artists organisations.

Her newest creations are "Textilcollages" and works with a black artificial material in three dimensions. Here the changing lights are very fascinating.
